Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, including project planning, solution architecture, development, and delivery
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and executive visualizations for risk data analysis
Architect self-service analytics capabilities for risk leaders to make data-driven decisions
Implement artificial intelligence and automation solutions to address complex risk management challenges
Build and maintain strategic relationships with risk data owners and business leaders to identify analytics needs
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of relevant professional experience in data analytics, demonstrating progression in responsibility
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship
Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling and executive dashboard design
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Fabric components and modern data platform design patterns
Familiarity with artificial intelligence solutions or AI platforms
Background in risk management, internal audit, compliance, or assurance functions
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse partners across technical and business domains
Experience in the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industries
