This role owns Sheltra’s go to market engine You will design and run the systems, experiments, and learning loops that ensure the right practices enter the funnel at the right time and no warm opportunity ever drops This is an operator role, not pure sales or marketing. You will work directly with the founder and early sales hires Compensation

$110,000 base salary plus bonus (up to $30,000), plus meaningful early hire equity Employer-sponsored health plan What You Will Do

Build and own lead tracking, prioritization, and follow up systems Run inbound and outbound GTM experiments including research offers, SEO and AEO, ads, and conference adjacent plays Synthesize insights from every practice interaction into clear approach strategy Identify where practice decision makers gather and how to reach them efficiently Use AI native tools to automate, analyze, and scale GTM workflows What Success Looks Like

Clear visibility into every practice in the funnel Faster learning about what converts and why Inbound creates better conversations, not just more traffic Founder time is spent closing and building relationships, not managing systems What We Are Looking For

Strong judgment under ambiguity Bias toward action over perfection Comfort owning messy, early stage systems Curiosity about insurance, healthcare, and scale businesses
