Field Service team
in the Beaverton area. Whether you're fresh out of school, making a career change, or want to grow in the tech space, this is your opportunity to get hands-on with cutting-edge office technology and make a direct impact on the businesses we serve.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair printers, copiers, and other office equipment
Serve as hands-on print experts
Manage local printing environment
Work at customer location
Deliver reliable, in-person technical support to clients
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
Manage your own time with confidence
Think creatively to solve unique equipment challenges
Qualifications
Strong problem-solving mindset
Computer and phone skills
Tech experience is a plus
Customer service skills and a team-first attitude

Compensation: Because this role is open in multiple locations, compensation varies by geographic area to reflect cost of living and local market rates. The applicable pay range will depend on the location of hire and individual experience.
Compensation Ranges by Market
Overland, KS: $14.50 - $15.50/hr. DOE
Frisco, TX: $14.50 - $15.50/hr. DOE
Bellevue, WA: $22.00-$23.00/hr. DOE
