Overview
Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for driving growth and expanding opportunities in the healthcare industry? Windom Area Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team in Windom, MN.
Position details Location: Windom, MN. This is an onsite position with travel throughout SW Minnesota. Pay range: $69,725 - $104,588/year. Rates offered will reflect applicable experience.
Responsibilities
Support organizational growth through relationship building, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
Serve as a key liaison between WAH service lines, patients, referral partners, and community organizations.
Identify new opportunities, conduct outreach and follow-up meetings, and maintain a client tracking system.
Collaborate with marketing and leadership on growth strategies and promotional opportunities.
Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or a healthcare-related field preferred.
At least five years of business development experience; healthcare sales experience preferred.
Ability to work primarily weekdays with a mix of office, clinic, and community-based work and approximately 40–50% regional travel.
