What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the AVP of Strategy & Business Development in researching new business opportunities in Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial markets Assist in managing the business development pipeline and preparing reports for executive leadership Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations for sales pitches and internal strategy discussions Provide project coordination support for business development initiatives and RFP responses Conduct research and data analysis to support Sales and Client Services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of senior-level experience in a dental benefit administrator Minimum 5 years of experience in business development support, strategy, sales operations, or health/dental plan administration Strong research capabilities and experience navigating Medicaid/Medicare state websites and regulatory sources Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, or managed care Exceptional PowerPoint skills and the ability to create executive-quality sales decks Highly motivated self-starter with the initiative to proactively move work forward Strong collaborator who works effectively across departments High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
