The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and managing marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention efforts, analyzing market trends, and identifying opportunities to drive brand awareness and growth.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Marketing Strategy and Sales to support achieving business growth goals
Strong abilities in Market Research to analyze industry trends and identify strategic opportunities
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively
Proficiency in data analysis and marketing tools is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is advantageous
