Job Purpose
The Project Execution Lead is an Aon-based Project Management position within the Operations organization. The successful candidate will lead strategy and execution of product commercialization to achieve the goals of Kraft Heinz business units. Primary responsibilities include delivering the North America Zone’s portfolio of project initiatives. The role requires strong leadership across R&D, marketing, sales, finance and supply chain to ensure launches or product changes are executed and succeed in market. Effective communication, collaboration, and influencing skills are critical. The Project Execution Lead will lead a diverse team of Project Managers and develop their project management capabilities.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Build a best-in-class program and project management team with the skills and mindset to enable KHC’s strategic plans. Responsible for leading major change management initiatives
Direct a portfolio of complex product development projects involving multiple stakeholders and enterprise leaders
Partner with cross-functional leadership across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to improve execution speed to market
Strengthen quality and technical rigor within the commercialization processes to improve in-market success
Manage end-to-end commercialization process from concept to market launch and post-launch review
Monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams and support mitigation strategies
Participate in Portfolio Management Review meetings, providing analytics and KPI reports
Collaborate with PMO counterparts to enhance project management systems and strengthen portfolio management capabilities
Support optimization of governance processes and lead the Stage Gate process for a specific area
Expected Experience & Required Skills
7+ years managing commercialization projects or project teams
Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the CPG or food & beverage industry with PMP Certification or similar preferred
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to lead and motivate teams across departments
Excellent negotiation skills with stakeholders and team members
Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning to apply new knowledge to project outcomes
Strong business acumen understanding economic factors motivating brand and category strategy
Exceptional communication skills for internal teams and external partners
Proven analytical skills using data-driven analysis to develop solutions and drive change
Work Environment & Schedule
This position is field-based; frequent travel to customer locations, stores, manufacturing facilities, etc. Travel about 10% of the time. The role requires 5 days/week with hybrid flexibility to work remotely 2 days/week.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$141,500.00 - $176,900.00
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
