What We’re Looking For Teachers in our Toddler Option Program working with children ages 2 to 2.6 years old. This class is licensed for a 1:6 ratio with a maximum of 12 students. We want positive, loving, and nurturing individuals committed to developing meaningful relationships with children. As a teacher, your primary role will be to supervise and support children’s educational and emotional development. You’ll work closely with colleagues to create and implement education plans, provide guidance, and communicate effectively with families.
Outdoor Classroom In May, we opened a brand-new Outdoor Classroom—an innovative 2,000 square foot space designed to spark curiosity, creativity, and hands-on learning in nature. This outdoor learning environment includes garden beds, a mud kitchen, outdoor art easels, a music area, chess/building zones, and so much more. Teachers are encouraged to take lessons outside, inspire exploration, and support all areas of development through movement and play.
Key Responsibilities
Lead or assist in the development and implementation of education plans.
Support children’s social, emotional, and educational growth.
Provide constructive feedback to help children improve.
Maintain strong communication with parents, colleagues, and educational authorities.
