The Training & Documentation Specialist supports knowledge transfer and sustainability of DOM's cost allocation practices through structured training and documentation updates. Responsibilities
Develop and update the AlloCAPTM Instruction Manual following system or methodology changes. Support preparation of training materials focused on Medicaid cost allocation principles. Assist with delivery of annual on-site training sessions. Ensure documentation aligns with current federal regulations and DOM processes. Qualifications
Experience developing training materials for Medicaid or public sector financial programs. Familiarity with Medicaid cost allocation principles and documentation standards.
