Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Luxury Real Estate Advisor located in Bradenton/Sarasota, FL, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Luxury Real Estate Advisor will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating transactions, and providing guidance and training to clients about market conditions and legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks also include actively participating in sales and marketing initiatives to promote properties and attract potential buyers.
Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate and Real Estate management
Sales and Negotiation skills
Training and client education abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Knowledge of the local real estate market in Bradenton/Sarasota is a plus
Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in real estate or related fields
