Manage and service a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, focusing on middle-market clients. Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with the sales and service teams to provide exceptional client support. Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction. Qualifications/Requirements
Licenses : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines account management, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience. Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred. Soft Skills :
