A growing organization is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate, technical, and operational roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver qualified candidates in a competitive hiring environment. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously. Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, networking, referrals, and online platforms Screen and evaluate candidates for qualifications, fit, and alignment with role requirements Coordinate and manage interview processes with internal stakeholders Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles Represent the organization professionally in candidate interactions and outreach efforts Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the applicant tracking system Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment guidelines and standards Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve process and candidate experience Qualifications
Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern sourcing tools Comfortable working with hiring managers across different functions and seniority levels
