Growth Operations, Pricing & Commercialization Manager – CNN Digital Products & Services
Oversee CNN’s subscription pricing and promotional strategy, ensuring accurate tracking, consistent performance measurement, and identification of new opportunities.
Your Role The Growth Operations, Pricing & Commercialization Manager will:
Support planning and execution of pricing and promotional initiatives.
Own the tracking and performance view of subscription offers.
Analyze subscriber behavior, retention, and LTV.
Recommend improvements to scale pricing and promotions.
Partner with finance, product, and marketing to build business cases.
Create tools, trackers, and dashboards for visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
3‑5 years of experience in project management, business operations, or consulting; subscription or pricing experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills translating data into insights.
Experience cross‑functional collaboration with product, marketing, finance, and legal.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting insights to stakeholders.
