Lidl US is searching for the next
Employer Branding Specialist
to join our Employee Lifecycle team! The Employer Branding Specialist is responsible for the timely execution of day-to-day digital content management and content/graphic creation across various internal and external mediums. This role executes scheduled campaigns by collaborating with Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and International HR teams. The Specialist assists in the coordination and implementation of photo and video-shoot projects, maintaining the Careers website and job boards.
PLEASE NOTE: This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Arlington, VA, and follows a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week in-office.
Essential Functions
Oversees and manages assigned project and/or departments data, ensuring it meets predetermined contractual or policy requirements
Conduct data entry and data management for various department projects
Assist with the development of training materials such as manuals, handbooks, presentations, diagrams, workflows, and project plans
Execute daily posting and monitoring of all social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and ensure career website content (videos, photos, and verbiage) is current and accurate
Create and edit all Lidl US HR digital content for internal and external use, ensuring brand compliance
Execute assigned tasks and deliverables for Lidl International HR Marketing campaigns, initiatives, and pilot projects
Assist the Senior Specialist by facilitating the communication flow between Marketing and PR departments to ensure alignment with content and employer voice
Support the administrative lifecycle of vendor management, including tracking project timelines, scheduling meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation for completion (does not include negotiation of pricing or scope)
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or related software
Ability to work independently
Required Education, Certifications/ Licenses, Related Experience
Experience editing video and digital content using Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc)
1-3 years of experience in a related field
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above
Physical Job Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
