We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support full‑cycle recruiting across a variety of corporate functions. This contract role is estimated to run 6–12 months, with HIGH potential to convert to full time based on performance and business need. Responsibilities
Provide full‑cycle recruiting across corporate functions for a variety of roles (HR, IT, Legal, data center, and other corporate functions). Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, craft job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies. Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience. Support contract to full‑time conversion discussions based on performance and business need. Qualifications
Hands-on experience with the Workday Recruitment module (required) 3–5+ years of corporate recruiting experience; strong agency recruiters will also be considered Proven expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and talent market research Ability to work onsite in the office one day per week (Tuesdays) Experience recruiting for data center roles is a strong plus Prior hiring for HR, IT, Legal, or other corporate functions is beneficial
