Employees need to book travel, pay vendors, and get reimbursed. Finance teams need visibility, control, and compliance without slowing people down. Rippling is building a Spend Management Platform that refuses that tradeoff. Corporate cards, bill pay, expenses, travel, and global spend all live in one product, connected to the HR and payroll system that already knows your people and policies. Policies enforce themselves. Reconciliation and reporting are always accurate because spend is tied directly to headcount, departments, and budgets. As Product Design Director for Spend, youll set the vision and the quality bar for this platform. Youll unify fragmented workflows into one coherent product, design the systems that make it scale globally, and build a team of designers who ship at speed without compromising craft.
