
MBR Designer / MES Recipe Author (PASX Required)
Role Summary
The MBR Designer is responsible for creating electronic batch records (eBRs) in
PASX , translating paper-based manufacturing processes into compliant, efficient, and fully digital workflows for pharmaceutical and biotech production. This role ensures accurate definition of steps, materials, parameters, and documentation to support GMP compliance, data integrity, and streamlined batch execution.
Key Responsibilities
Build and configure MBRs/eBRs directly in
PASX , including steps, materials, equipment, SOPs, CPPs, CQAs, and IPCs. Convert paper recipes into standardized, reusable digital workflows and templates. Enable automated data capture, system prompts, and integration with QMS, LIMS, ERP, and equipment interfaces. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, audit trail requirements, and data integrity standards. Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, Validation, and IT to deliver accurate, efficient, and compliant recipes. Impact
Reduce manual errors through automation and standardization. Improve batch review and release timelines. Strengthen traceability and audit readiness. Support digital transformation and Pharma 4.0 initiatives using PASX.
