This job will have the following responsibilities: A growing manufacturer located in the Richmond VA area is currently searching for a continuous improvement leader. The person hired must have a four year degree and experience with 5S. A belt certification is a plus but is not required. In this role, the person will be responsible for the improvement of all processes within the organization by the continuous approach to eliminate waste.
