
Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Director of Human Resources. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $185,000 to $225,000 per year.
Job Description: Oversee the daily workflow of HR staff, specifically onboarding, payroll, leave management, worker's compensation, annual performance reviews Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new HR staff Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys Administer or oversee payroll
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
