Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Human Resources Director to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $145,000 to $165,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities
Support employee development, workforce management, and continuous improvement initiatives by providing strategic HR solutions and oversight. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and transfer processes for exempt and nonexempt personnel, interns, and temporary staff. Resolve employee relations issues by working closely with various levels of management to ensure timely and effective solutions. Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives and strategies to enhance company culture. Maintain and analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements to optimize HR functions. Requirements
Have experience working in the manufacturing industry. Possess knowledge and experience with payroll processes and systems. Demonstrate excellent writing and communication skills. Be bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required). Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a managerial role in human resource. Show a strong ability to manage and resolve employee relations issues in a professional and effective manner. Display strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills. Be proficient in maintaining HR data, metrics, and reports. Demonstrate the ability to implement and manage employee engagement and culture enhancement initiatives.
