Develop HR strategies that support the organization's culture
Align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy
Employee Relations and legal procedures in place
Develop and manage competitive salary structures and benefits programs
Implement effective performance management systems
HR Compliance
Prepare and analyze internal financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
Participate in a wide variety of special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration
8+ years of progressive HR experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
Able to work independently and take initiative
Able to adapt to changing priorities
