Mandatory Skills Description:

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Ability to identify and triage issues related to the Epic system, and if required resolve them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and effectively communicate technical information. Experience in Service Desk ITIL practices and working knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool Understanding of EPIC EHR system preferable, not necessary - Knowledge of specific modules relevant to the role (e.g., Cupid, Hospital Billing, Willow, etc.).

Provide at-the-elbow support for a major EPIC go-live to healthcare employees of a large network of hospitals. This role will be a part of the Clinical IT helpdesk staff that supports the core functions of Epic applications. You will be required to triage the EPIC tickets to the various EPIC applications support groups. Work with the support groups to document the triage workflow and processes in the knowledge database. Learn how the Epic system is used in a clinical setting.
