Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager

As part of a fast-growing agency with a small agency feel, you will play a key role in servicing personal lines accounts, managing renewals, and providing exceptional customer service. Compensation Package Salary Range : $50,000 - $60,000 annually Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and engaging work culture Responsibilities Manage and service personal lines accounts, focusing on standard accounts. Handle all aspects of account servicing, including renewals and policy management. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. Quote new and renewal business as required. Collaborate with team members and leadership to maintain high service standards. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience : Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of personal lines insurance. Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes with minimal training. Strong organizational and communication skills. A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
