Personal Lines Account Manager (PLAM)

$60,000 - $75,000 Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. Responsibilities Manage and service a book of personal lines accounts valued at $1 million Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Process new and renewal quotes efficiently and accurately Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management Utilize agency management software to maintain accurate records and documentation Qualifications/Requirements Licensure:
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience:
3-10 years of experience in personal lines account management, with a strong focus on servicing accounts Technical Skills:
Proficiency in agency management software Work Ethic:
Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment, demonstrating discipline and reliability Preferred Background:
Experience in independent agencies is highly preferred Soft Skills:
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
