Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:

Supply Chain Management:
Manage the end-to-end supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics, to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and products. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to optimize supply chain performance and mitigate risks.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and performance.
Financial Management:

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of medical device manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ISO). Proven track record of driving operational improvements and achieving significant cost savings and efficiency gains. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in operational software and tools, such as ERP systems, supply chain management software, and quality management systems.
