
divh2Sales Representative/h2pThe Sales Representative is responsible for providing premier customer service to all current and potential customers from the point of initial contact through delivery of the product. It is also the responsibility of the Sales Representative to achieve sales and profit goals established by the management team./ppResponsibilities and Duties:/pulliIncrease sales and provide support for the current customer base as assigned./liliPrepare proposals, quotes, and sales contracts./liliPromptly respond to Request for Quotes for current and potential customers. Overall goal is no later than 24 hours per RFQ./liliCoordinate workflow with company staff to achieve closing of sales quotes./liliMeet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals set by the Sales Manager, i.e., dollars booked and calls per day./liliProactively review open orders and advise customers of delivery status changes./liliProvide technical assistance and solutions for customer returns./liliManage account services through follow-up and quality checks./liliDevelop and maintain existing product knowledge and sales materials./liliFormulate analysis of sales data to assist in establishing specific account pricing./liliContribute to a positive work environment based on teamwork and continuous improvement./liliCommunicate effectively with other Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Representatives, management, and other co-workers./liliPrepare and present various sales status reports to the General Manager weekly that includes activity, follow-up, closing, and adherence to targets./liliAdhere to all company policies, procedures and codes of business ethics./li/ul/div
