This hybrid role blends deep product expertise, hands-on technical fluency, and commercial acumen to guide clientsespecially in manufacturing, distribution, and professional servicesthrough their digital transformation journey./ppYou will lead solution design, pre-sales engagement, and product demonstrations, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Delivery, and Product teams. Your work will span from initial discovery through deployment, focusing on measurable business outcomes and high client satisfaction./ppKey responsibilities include:/pulliPre-Sales Engagement

Solution Delivery: Partner with Sales to lead discovery sessions, design tailored BC solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support./liliProduct Demonstrations: Deliver engaging, hands-on demos of Microsoft Business Central and related Microsoft technologies, showcasing business value and ROI./liliFunctional

Solution Design: Translate business needs into functional, value-driven solutions leveraging BCs core capabilities with minimal customization./liliClient Enablement

Training: Facilitate workshops and user training, supporting clients transitioning from legacy systems to modern cloud environments./liliCross-Functional

Cross-Product Collaboration: Work with internal experts across CE, Power Platform, Azure, and Copilot to build comprehensive Microsoft-based solutions./liliContinuous Improvement: Contribute to the evolution of Enavates delivery methodology and industry-specific solution templates./li/ulpHeres what it takes to be successful in this role:/pulliExperience: 5+ years in pre-sales, solution consulting, or functional consulting within the Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem, with hands-on BC implementation experience./liliTechnical Fluency: Deep expertise with Business Central and related Microsoft technologies; able to build and deliver demos confidently./liliBusiness Acumen: Skilled at linking technical capabilities to business impact and ROI for clients./liliIndustry Knowledge: Proven experience supporting clients in manufacturing, distribution, or professional services./liliCommunication

Leadership: Excellent presentation, facilitation, and client relationship management skills; able to guide business users and manage expectations./liliCollaboration: Team-oriented, comfortable working across geographies and functions to deliver the best client outcomes./li/ulpImportant: All North American new hires are onboarded in person at our Tampa office.
