Responsibilities:/pulliReview daily exception reports/liliProcess paid files/liliPerform maintenance on both consumer and commercial loans/liliCalculate and process payoffs/liliPost transactions to loans and general ledger accounts/liliService participation loans/liliSBA reporting/liliCredit Bureau maintenance/liliFile NSI/UCCs/liliAnswer phones to assist both internal and external customers/liliSend correspondence as needed/liliFund all loan transaction types for processing departments onto the banks core system/liliBalance GL accounts for loans/liliFile lien documents with the appropriate state and county/liliTrack titles and collateral documentation for lien perfection/liliUnderstanding of loan collateral and perfection requirements/li/ulpAdditional Responsibilities:/pulliServicing of Real Estate Loans that will include the following:/liulliInvestor reporting and servicing/liliEscrow analysis/Paying real estate taxes and property insurance/liliPMI reporting/liliMonitoring and processing insurance claims/li/ul/ulpExperience: One year of banking and/or lending experience required. Previous loan servicing experience desired./ppEducation: High school diploma or equivalent./ppSkills
Abilities: Work involves communicating with immediate colleagues, other bank employees, customers, and vendors primarily for purposes of giving or obtaining information. Work requires courtesy and friendliness in providing assistance and exchanging factual information.
