divh2Business Development Rep- Inside Sales/h2pEagle Analytical is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, promote Eagle Analytical products and services, and provide solutions that meet the needs of compounding pharmacies, healthcare partners, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for selling Eagle Analyticals analytical testing, educational, and consulting services, as well as environmental monitoring (EM) plates and kits, while clearly demonstrating the value Eagle provides in supporting customer success./ppWhat You Will Do/pulliCollaborate with sales colleagues and cross-functional teams to support revenue growth, account development, and client retention initiatives./liliConduct continuous outreach to maximize revenue and enhance value for clients, including call campaigns, targeted emails, video conferencing, and other communication methods./liliPerform cold calls to pharmacies and healthcare professionals to identify new opportunities and build trusted client relationships./liliUse company tools and software to analyze sales performance and communicate progress with management./liliIdentify and share leads with team to develop actionable strategies for pursuing new business./liliSupport client accounts by coordinating interactions, including account setup, problem resolution, product inquiries, deliveries, follow-ups, and updates on new chemicals or services./liliPrepare regular reports on territory strategy, account progress, and sales forecasts for the Sales Support Manager./liliParticipate in company events, tradeshows, and promotional activities as required./liliAttend company meetings, such as annual sales training, quarterly strategy sessions, team huddles, and one-on-one reviews./liliSome travel may be required to support client relationships and company initiatives./liliSupport implementation of company initiatives and assist with related special projects as assigned./li/ulpWho You Are/pulliBachelors Degree in life sciences, marketing and sales, or related./lili35 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, preferably in a scientific, laboratory, or healthcare-related field./liliProven ability to present and communicate effectively to small and large groups./liliStrong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts./liliAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment./liliResilient, dependable, and tenacious, with a track record of achieving sales targets./liliProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, internet research, and contact management software./liliEstablished experience selling high-value solutions, preferably in pharmaceutical, laboratory, or medical device industries./liliExperience in pharmacy, compounding, or laboratory environments is a plus./li/ulpWho We Are/ppServing customers since 2004, Eagle offers the highest quality in preparation testing for sterility, bacterial endotoxins, microbial detection, beyond-use dating (BUD) determination and active ingredient potency.
