Fully remote position based in Seattle, WA. This role involves driving revenue growth and achieving sales quotas within designated markets. The Sales Representative will engage in prospecting, relationship development, proposal generation, and deal execution, while providing ongoing sales support. Target accounts include select health clubs, college/university recreation centers, athletics, student housing, hospitality, high schools, multifamily housing, municipality, physical therapy, active aging, and studios. The primary goal is to increase market penetration through face-to-face engagement, effective pipeline management, and successful new and repeat business closing. Responsibilities include conducting outbound sales calls, meeting sales targets, maintaining CRM data, delivering product demonstrations, providing management reports, collaborating with the regional manager and team, and attending industry trade shows. Requirements include a minimum high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of sales experience, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer, and a driver's license for domestic travel. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and experience in the commercial fitness industry are preferred.
