The Customer Service Representative provides superior, friendly, and efficient transactions and offering company approved services and products to provide a positive experience for all customers. This position also facilitates the rental process through verification and documentation of all necessary driver information to provide for an efficient and timely rental and return experience./ppThis pay for this position starts at $16.38/hour - $18.31/hour (depending on prior commission-based sales experience) with the opportunity to earn monthly incentive pay bonuses of up to $1,500 per month. This opportunity is located at Charlottesville-Albermarle Airport - 100 Bowen Loop, Charlottesville VA 22911./ppSchedule: Friday - Saturday: 3:00pm-12:00am, Sunday: 11:00am-7:30pm/ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliMeet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner/liliProvide superior, efficient customer service by understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services which includes offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipment/liliOffer additional customer assistance by offering directions, maps, local area information, and appropriate service information/liliAnswer incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, and other vendors/liliPlace outgoing calls for callback management, and miscellaneous calls as assigned/liliAssist to assess condition of rental upon return/liliNotify Management of any known customer problems/liliNotify Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance/liliContinuously build knowledge and skills, pursue on the job training and development opportunities and any company sponsored classroom training/li/ulpEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans/ph3Qualifications/h3ulliMust be at least 18 years old/liliMinimum of 1 year customer service or sales experience in a fast paced environment/liliHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. required/liliMust have reliable transportation to and from work/liliMust have a valid drivers license/liliMust have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 convicted moving violations/speeding tickets in the past 3 years (total points on driving record cannot exceed 8 points)/liliNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years/liliMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future./liliMust be able to work the part-time schedule: Friday - Saturday: 3:00pm-12:00am, Sunday: 11:00am-7:30pm/li/ul/div
