Your focus is outbound prospectingconnecting with decision-makers, uncovering needs, and setting high-quality appointments that enable franchise sales executives to focus on discovery, proposals, and closing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys structured goals, high activity, and measurable resultsand who wants to grow into a more advanced, customer-facing sales role over time./ppWhat Youll Do/pulliResearch and identify businesses in assigned franchise markets that could benefit from City Wides 20+ services/liliExecute high-volume outbound prospecting (80+ contacts per day) via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels/liliEngage decision-makers using defined talk tracks and qualification questions/liliSchedule and confirm qualified sales appointments and ensure a smooth handoff to franchise sales teams/liliMaintain accurate and detailed activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM/liliPartner closely with franchise owners through regular activity calls to align priorities and review progress/liliMeet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals, including activity levels and qualified appointments/liliShare feedback with sales leadership on messaging effectiveness, objections, and market insights/li/ulpHow Success Is Measured/pulliEngaging with a minimum of 80 individuals per day while maintaining call quality standards/liliGenerating an average of 20 converted leads per month/liliMaintaining 100% completion and accuracy of required CRM activity and documentation/li/ulpRequirements/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred/lili13 years of experience in outbound sales, sales development, or inside sales (B2B or franchise experience a plus)/liliStrong phone presence and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly/liliComfort with high-volume outreach in a fast-paced, results-driven environment/liliExperience using CRM or sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Outreach) preferred/liliHighly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up/liliSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and collaborative/liliDesire to grow and advance within a sales or customer-facing career path/li/ulpWork Schedule
