A great problem solver to maximize the Massage Therapists schedules, shifts appointments to fill any unbooked gaps./ph3Responsibilities/h3pstrongResponsibilities and Duties/strong/pulliElements Massage is looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate to create an exceptional massage experience for all the clients every time they enter the studio./liliInforming all clients about the benefits of the Elements Wellness Program, a no hassle membership plan/liliFollowing our proven sales process to enroll clients into the Elements Wellness Program/liliBeing the first and final face of hospitality, whether on the phone or in the studio/liliEnsuring the client appointment paperwork and payment process is brief, painless, and accurate/liliWorking as a team with our Managers and Massage Therapists to create an environment where clients are the center of the world/liliReviewing the schedule for the day and prep for each client/liliDaily call confirmations and/or cancellations as needed/liliOverall cleanliness of studio - light cleaning including mopping floors, wiping down windows, cleaning washrooms etc/liliHaving a professional phone voice and appearance/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongQualifications and Skills/strong/pulliAbility to follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty./liliThe right candidate must like talking, but more important, love listening to all new clients, established clients, and prospective clients./liliThe right candidate can turn every incident of client criticism to a story of great customer service./liliPrior retail sales experience preferred; selling memberships or services in?person to potential clients./liliCustomer Service in a spa-like or similar environment is preferred; catering experiences that distinguish their value with attention, hospitality, and execution./liliFamiliarity with modern office tools and systems; scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs./liliDriven to create the best work environment for the employees and the best experiences for the client./liliDetail oriented and organized/liliPlans steps ahead to prepare for every situation/liliFriendly and welcoming voice/li/ulpShifts we are looking to fill:/ppMondays 9am-3pm/ppTuesdays 9am - 3pm/ppWednesdays 3pm - 9 pm/ppFridays 3pm - 9pm/ppSaturdays 12pm - 7/8pm/ppAlso looking for candidates that have some flexibility for request off days/ppOur shifts often consist of an opener: 830am - 3pm, or closer 3pm-9pm/ppAs we are getting busier, were looking for a second set of hands to help so most of the shifts will be considered mid: and overlap with other people/ppTraining shifts: are usually scheduled for 2 weeks during Tues-Sat morning/afternoon, after that you will taper off to work independently or alongside another front desk associate without guide from a manager./ph3Benefits/h3p- Retirement Fund 3% matched by employer - Paid training - Health insurance contribution for full time employees - 1 free massage service a month - Fixed schedule/ph3Legal Disclaimer/h3p2023 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (ETM).
