
Member Service Representative (MSR) - Remote
This position involves responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume, schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will provide information regarding our products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure an optimal member experience and customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts, advising members on other products and services that may fit their needs to create opportunities for positive member interaction. Responsibilities: Respond to member inquiries and requests in a timely manner. Provide comprehensive information on products and services. Perform transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. Advise members on additional products and services suitable for their needs. Ensure optimal member experience through active listening and engagement. Adapt to multiple systems within a structured contact center environment. Essential Skills: Customer service experience. Proficiency in data entry. Experience handling inbound and outbound calls. Ability to work in a high-volume, structured call center environment. Strong policy compliance skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in a call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional, or high-volume retail environment is advantageous. Be prepared for back-to-back calls, potentially scheduled for up to four hours before your next break. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandy Springs, GA. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
