work as a collaborative team member with your fellow teammates on a daily basis./ppThe DLO Account Executive is responsible for growing current business and targeting and securing profitable new business by building relationships, opening new business and driving new sales growth; the account executive has call point ownership of all lab generating accounts within a defined sales territory. This includes all Health Systems, Hospitals, Physician Clinics, and any other lab-generating business./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDrive sales through pre-call planning, post-call analysis, and consistent follow-up/liliTarget and secure new business/liliProvide overall sales and service support and expertise to new
existing accounts/liliIncrease discretionary business through insurance access/liliCoordinate, collaborate, and utilize Internal resources as needed when complex issues develop or when face-to-face or extensive service is required/liliProvide immediate support for less complex issues/liliLeverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists; Marketing Department, Laboratory resources, and regional or national resources as needed)/liliMaintain a breadth of knowledge of all connectivity products (i.e., Quanum Care 360, e-orders, e-prescribe, etc.)/liliPrepare and present proposals and bids/liliEnsure compliance with company policies and government regulations/liliComplete all administrative tasks thoroughly and promptly/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrongRequired Work Experience:/strong/pulliFive years of experience in sales or with account ownership/liliKnowledge of Healthcare Industry and general economics of business./liliAbility to develop and sustain strong customer relationships; strong planning and organizational skills/liliExcellent oral and written communication and presentation skills/liliSolid PC skill including Microsoft Software./liliCandidate must have residency in close proximity of territory./liliA valid drivers license./liliA motor vehicle record in good standing./liliMust be able to travel daily throughout the territory./li/ulh3About the Team/h3pQuest Diagnostics honors our service members and encourages veterans to apply.
