divh2Parts And Service Sales Representative (PSSR)/h2pButler Machinery is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts and Service Sales Representative (PSSR) to join our team. In this role, you will promote and sell the value of our parts and service offerings while assisting sales representatives with customer presentations and account development. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new larger-scale customers within your assigned territory, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and ensuring our large-scale customers receive exceptional service and support. This position involves regular communication with customersboth in person and over the phoneto understand their equipment needs and provide tailored parts and service solutions. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Periodic travel within your territory will be required to visit customer sites, strengthen partnerships, and generate new business opportunities. This position can be based out of the following Butler locations: Sioux Falls, SD, Watertown, SD, Huron, SD, Aberdeen, SD./ppResponsibilities:/pulliEstablishes customer relationships./liliAssists salesmen with customer presentations/liliCommunicates with the Aftermarket Sales Manager to relay parts and service opportunities as well as progress on tasks assigned, etc./liliMarkets and sells the value of CAT parts and service./liliFind new markets, customers, and applications within the territory./liliPerforms equipment inspections to include certified used equipment, warranty inspections, certified truck service, and customer repair inspections./liliProvides input on annual forecasts for territory potential./liliResolve customer issues./liliWorks with Customer Account Managers and Parts and Service Managers on goals and marketing ideas./liliKeeps good customer records./liliWorks within and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulli2+ years of service and parts experience are minimally required./lili1+ years of sales experience preferred./liliProven leadership ability./liliAdvanced computer skills essential (Word Documents, PowerPoint, Excel, Etc.)/liliMust be able to effectively communicate with individuals both verbally and written./liliAbility to think strategically, make decisions, develop relationships, handle conflict, negotiate, present ideas, use resources effectively, and display mechanical aptitude./liliMust have and maintain a clean driving record./liliAbility to work extra hours at short notice./liliOvernight travel as needed./li/ulpAs a family business for three generations, we currently employ over 900 associates in 20 locations throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, and Nebraska.
