Monitor Recovery Representative

Adecco is assisting a local client located in the North Side for a Monitor Recovery Representative. The job purpose is to address patients and internal customers concerns by phone or electronically. Make outbound calls and receive calls advising patients to return equipment when complete or verifying patients delivery address to prepare for shipments. Key Responsibilities: Build quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements. Provide responsive and reliable customer service. Addressing patient and customers questions and concerns with a positive approach and a can-do attitude to conclude with win-win outcomes. Coordinate with other internal departments as necessary. Review database for patient demographics. Performing and identifying the appropriate actions necessary to achieve the completion of the task ensuring we obtain results, meet deadlines, quotas, and performance goals. Scheduling pickups, tracking shipments, troubleshooting product orders to/for shipments. Provide return instructions for equipment. Perform other related duties as assigned, including special projects. Qualifications: High School or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience.
