divh2Sr. Sales Support Specialist - Erlanger, KY/h2pSr Sales Support Specialists play a vital role within our sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales Analytics. This is a mid-level position accountable for providing best-in-class customer service to accounts and supporting the sales organization through training, analytics, and process support. Ultimately, this role is to ensure that our sales team functions effectively and meets the companys and our customers objectives. Meant to help the sales team focus on selling, thereby contributing significantly to the companys revenue goals. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as for keeping processes for key sales functions, project management, account development, budgeting, and phase-in support. As the subject matter expert, this position will provide support to all Flavor locations as needed./ppKey Skills

Coordinating as needed within the global organization to meet customer expectations./liliUtilize available systems and databases to support sales and the broader business (LEAD, BI, Salesforce, etc.)/liliParticipate in regular business reviews with account managers/liliProvide coverage for the team when traveling or out of the office/liliCoordinate and assist with sales-related activities cross-functionally/liliEngage in customer-facing meetings and events, as needed/liliProvide support and dashboarding for phase-in entry and business case reviews/liliCollect, analyze, and distill data into actionable reports and dashboards/liliAssist with onboarding and training of account managers/liliSupport the sales team and leadership in executing the budgeting process/liliAssist with sales manager inquiries into territory performance/liliAssisting with publishing monthly performance data/liliSupport of the RFI or RFP review process/liliUnderstanding of processes that take a formula from development, through pricing, and upload to the system/liliMaintains understanding of manufacturing capabilities and supply chain processes/liliActively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement and helps facilitate change/liliWorks proactively to avoid challenges/liliApproach changing, challenging situations with a focus on customer satisfaction and ADMs best interest/liliDevelops a clear understanding and working knowledge of ADM products and services/liliUnderstands and has strict adherence to corporate compliance policies

Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered./liliUnderstanding of sales performance metrics/liliAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationships with both internal

external customers./liliThe ability to hear and speak clearly; read, comprehend, and communicate orally and in writing; and to effectively communicate in person, by telephone, and in written form./liliProficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with basic mathematics skills/liliWorking knowledge of a CRM system such as Salesforce/liliDemonstrated negotiation and interpersonal skills/liliProven ability to assess business and financial risk and exercise sound judgement in making decisions./liliThe individual must be committed to corporate ethics policies
