Were looking for a high-performing Account Executive to lead expansion across the Central United States, a territory rich with opportunity across industries like manufacturing, energy, logistics, healthcare, and financial services./ppThis is a hunter role for someone with a founders mindset

someone who knows how to build pipeline from scratch, close complex enterprise deals, and help define a go-to-market playbook in a fast-moving startup./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3pTerritory Development/pulliOwn the Central US region

create and execute a strategic plan to identify, engage, and close high-value enterprise accounts/liliPrioritize industries and accounts where automation can drive immediate ROI (e.g., manufacturing, supply chain, energy, insurance, healthcare)/liliBuild and manage a healthy pipeline through outbound, networking, events, and channel engagement/li/ulpCustomer Engagement/pulliLead discovery and consultative selling conversations with senior decision-makers, including CIOs, COOs, and Heads of Automation or Ops/liliUnderstand each customers unique business processes and challenges, and map them to high-value automation use cases/liliBuild long-term relationships with key stakeholders to expand influence across the enterprise/li/ulpSales Execution/pulliDeliver compelling product demonstrations and proposals tailored to each customers strategic initiatives/liliManage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, proof of concepts, and procurement steps/liliCollaborate with Solutions, Product, and Success teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer value realization/li/ulpThought Leadership

Market Insight/pulliStay on top of trends in automation, AI, and digital transformation across your territory/liliBring field insights back to the GTM and product teams to help shape messaging, roadmap, and positioning/li/ulpRevenue Ownership/pulliOwn your number

consistently hit and exceed quota through strategic deal execution and forecasting/liliMaintain CRM hygiene, provide accurate forecasting, and represent your pipeline with clarity to sales leadership/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulli5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, automation, or enterprise platforms/liliProven track record of success in territory ownership and new business development/liliExperience selling to operational or technical stakeholders in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, energy, or healthcare/liliStrong communication and storytelling skills, with a consultative approach to discovery and solutioning/liliComfortable with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools/liliHighly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment/li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliExperience selling to companies in the Central US region/liliBackground in automation, RPA, AI, or digital transformation technologies/liliExperience working at a fast-growing startup/liliFamiliarity with procurement cycles and buying behaviors in industrial or regulated industries/li/ulh3What We Offer/h3ulliCompetitive base salary and uncapped commission/liliMeaningful equity in a high-growth, venture-backed company/liliComprehensive health, dental, vision, and wellness benefits/liliRemote-first culture with team hubs and regular offsites/liliThe opportunity to be part of something early and game-changing
