As part of our EY US team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Order to Cash across various regions for our US clients. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams to address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize design to meet business requirements./ppThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth as you get to work with high quality team to support clients ensuring the stability of global companies through best-in-class solutions, automation and innovation, working with an international team./ppTo qualify for the role, you must have:/pulliBachelors degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences./lili10-14 Years of experience required in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution preferably with Global client./liliResponsible for providing support for SAP SD module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations./liliSupport incident solving by analyzing incidents raised by users and provides solutions./liliWorking closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed timely./liliHandle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements./liliUnderstand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible./liliCross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onshore model./liliDefect resolution and defect analysis related to Sales
