Were proud of what were doing here. Come and join us!/ppOur Sales Professionals are responsible for selling vehicles and meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards. This position includes four broad areas of activity - personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up./ppDuties and Responsibilities:/pulliRealize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote yourself to guarantee satisfaction of customers./liliDetermine each customers vehicle needs by asking questions and listening./liliDemonstrate vehicles (includes test drives)./liliDeliver vehicles to customers. The delivery process ensures that the customer understands the vehicles operating features, warranty, and paperwork, and it lays the foundation for customer loyalty./liliEstablish personal income goals that are consistent with dealership standards of productivity and devise a strategy to meet those goals./liliReport to the vehicle Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses./liliKeep abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers./liliWork with the service department and body shop to ensure that vehicles are reconditioned as expected and on schedule./liliAttend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and the manufacturer./liliMaintain a prospect development system./liliMaintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business./liliReview and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month, and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively./liliUnderstand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the product./liliKnow and understand equity and values and be able to explain depreciation to the customer./liliKnow and understand the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail auto sales./liliIntroduce customers to service department personnel to emphasize to them the quality and efficiency of service repairs and maintenance available in the dealerships service department./liliMust follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor./li/ulpPreferred:/pulliAt least 2-3 years of Dealership Sales experience or high level customer facing Sales experience./liliVolkswagen brand or German Luxury experience a plus./liliExcellent communication and customer service skills./liliAbility to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards./liliEnthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers./liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment./liliStrong negotiation and closing skills./li/ulpRequired:/pulliAll applicants must be authorized to work in the USA./liliValid drivers license and good driving record./liliAll applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid drivers license./li/ulpCompensation (Draw/Commission): Annual Income Potential may be from $50,000 to $100,000 Meeting and exceeding sales goals Draw plus commission Schedule: Full Time Weekend availability/ppIts time to make the most important move of your career.
