KidStrong is a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by our professional coaches! This job is primarily evening and weekend hours. A qualified KidStrong Sales Associate applicant has:/pulliProven experience in sales, preferably in a customer-facing role/liliExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport in person, over the phone and via text messaging with a high-degree of professionalism in all interactions./liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and sales processes simultaneously./liliFamiliarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)./liliExperience in the fitness or education industry, particularly with childrens programs./liliKnowledge of sales techniques and strategies for membership-based businesses./li/ulpMain responsibilities of a KidStrong Sales Associate:/pulliCommunity Building:/liulliEnthusiastically greet members (parents and children) upon arrival to KidStrong./liliWelcome members coming in for first trial class, show them around, and help them prepare for class./li/ulliSales:/liulliAnswer questions, overcome objections, and go over membership options with potential members both in-person and over the phone with the ultimate goal of selling a membership./liliGuide new members through the enrollment and onboarding process./li/ulliOutreach and Engagement:/liulliInitiate contact with potential members via phone and text to promote KidStrong programs and membership opportunities./liliUtilize scripts and marketing materials provided to effectively communicate the benefits of KidStrong membership./li/ulliLead Management:/liulliProvide accurate and timely information to potential members about membership options, pricing, and program details./liliFollow up with leads to answer questions, address concerns, and close sales./liliCommunicate with center leadership on status of leads, joins and Trials to make sure families have a great experience./li/ulliSales Performance and Reporting:/liulliMaintain accurate records of all sales activities and member interactions using CRM software./liliCollaborate with center leadership on solutions to achieve sales goals./li/ul/ulpDont meet every single requirement but love seeing kids succeed?
