Driving Support/h3ulliProvide safe, professional transportation of Principal(s) across the Bay Area and occasionally statewide./liliMaintain vehicle presentation, track servicing schedules, and proactively manage upkeep./liliExecute daily and ad hoc errands such as shopping, courier services, returns, banking, and pick-ups./liliRespond quickly to unexpected schedule shifts, airport runs, or late-night logistics./li/ulh3Administrative
Vendor Coordination/h3ulliManage vendor schedules and supervise on-site visits (florists, repairs, stylists, tech services, etc.)./liliTrack key project timelines, review contractor quotes, and facilitate approvals./liliAssist with home inventory, light purchasing, and administrative errands such as mail, storage, or document drop-offs./liliMaintain digital files, coordinate minor travel bookings or confirmations when needed./li/ulh3Household
