This position acts as a primary liaison between our sales team, internal departments, and customers. Click stronghere/strong to see how corrugated boxes are made, and strongclick here/strong to explore our products!/ppManage customer accounts through proactive communication through phone and email as well as collaborate with internal teams to ensure the customers are highly satisfied/ppCreate and maintain spreadsheets to track inventory, order status and other customer and production-related data/ppEnter orders, cancellations, and changes for multiple customer accounts with accuracy and a focus on customer needs/requirements./ppCoordinate shipments of products with the shipping department/ppCoordinate with Quality Assurance to follow up on customer feedback and identify a root cause to offer solutions to customers/ppManage inventories for effective production review and planning/ppPeriodic customer visits to conduct business reviews or onboarding activities/ppVisit customers periodically to conduct business reviews or perform onboarding activities/ppAccounts payable/receivable duties/ppThis role will be onsite 5 days/week/pp2+ years of experience working with customers/ppProficient in Outlook and Excel with ability to create spreadsheets using formulas to track, calculate and analyze data/ppExperience with record-keeping management/documentation/ppWillingness to work OT, weekends and travel 5-10% of the time as required to support the business/ppAdministrative experience in a manufacturing, logistics, industrial, distribution, or packaging environment/ppAssociate degree or higher/ppAccounting experience, including handling credit/debit transactions, conducting research, and assisting with pricing/ppExperience working with cross-functional teams and vendors/ppAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
