As a trusted advisor to clients, you will expand the array of products and solutions offered, leveraging value selling to achieve targeted annual recurring revenue. This role requires leading client presentations, understanding customer challenges, creatively developing solutions, and building strong relationships with enterprise stakeholders./ppYou will engage in strategic planning and navigate complex account scenarios to uncover future opportunities. The Enterprise Account Executive will work with Protein accounts across various client departments, user roles, and C-suite executives. Collaboration with Ever.Ag business unit leaders, technology groups, and service teams will be essential to meet sales targets./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliGain deep understanding of Ever.Ags products and services to effectively address client needs./liliClearly communicate the unique value propositions of solutions and services to clients./liliAchieve or exceed quarterly sales goals to drive annual recurring revenue growth./liliConduct compelling sales presentations online and in person to prospective clients./liliCollaborate across teams to negotiate and close sales deals successfully./liliProactively identify and nurture new business opportunities to maintain a robust pipeline./liliIdentify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts./liliDevelop and execute long-term sales strategies aligned with client objectives./liliFoster and strengthen relationships within enterprise accounts to enhance client loyalty./liliLead strategic account planning, executive reviews, and revenue forecasting efforts./liliDrive to and from customer or job sites, while safely operating a company-provided or personal vehicle and adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations, including no handheld phone use while driving./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent industry experience./liliA minimum of 5 years proven experience delivering enterprise accounts./liliPrior experience with meat processing Operations or Planning./liliExperience with SaaS/software/subscription-based product sales./liliSkilled in selling to C-level executives and managing sales processes with multiple stakeholders./liliStrong negotiation strategies./liliSuccessful track record in cross-functional navigation to achieve profitable sales and growth./liliFamiliarity with supply-chain services and solutions; knowledge of agriculture, food, and logistics industries is a plus./liliProficiency in CRM systems with diligent status updates./liliAbility to assess market trends and proactively adjust sales strategies./liliWillingness to travel up to 50%./liliMust be able to operate a motor vehicle safely and legally while complying with all applicable traffic laws and company policies, including the use of hands-free communication devices./liliMust maintain a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record./li/ulpCompetencies for Success:/pulliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring clear and articulate presentations tailored to the audience./liliSystematically gathers information from various sources, asks probing questions, and resolves outstanding issues./liliStrong attention to detail in data analysis, problem-solving, and managing complex issues./liliCommitment to integrity and doing things the right way./liliProactive in solving problems using technical skills and resources./liliExhibits confidence, tackles challenging tasks with a can-do attitude, and takes action independently./li/ulpWho you will be working for:/ppEver.Ag offers innovative AgTech solutions and services that empower agriculture, food, and beverage supply chains to feed a growing world.
