In the role, youll help Wpromote performance marketers and their clients extract more insight and performance from their data by planning, prioritizing, and orchestrating multi-channel data and predictive analytics projects end-to-end. Youll support a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients, and consult on a variety of data solutions unique to our clients Martech stack and business objectives, advancing their measurement maturity with Media Mix Modeling, incrementality testing, and predictive analytics. Youll guide clients and client teams in building a comprehensive data model and taxonomy that can serve as an omnichannel single source of truth for marketing performance and analysis. Youll craft data solutions in partnership with technical experts in analytics tagging and configuration, data engineering, and reporting, and data analysis to maximize data utility through our services and apps in Polaris, Wpromotes marketing intelligence platform. The total compensation package for this role will include benefits (listed above) and an annual performance bonus./ppThis role has an associated annual target bonus component which is paid out based on a number of factors which include Company performance, department performance, and individual performance. Please safeguard yourself against possible scams and contact us if you encounter any suspicious activity./ppYou Will Be/pulliServe as a thought leader on marketing measurement strategy, helping clients understand and operationalize advanced analytics solutions./liliLead cross-functional strategic engagements across MMM, incrementality testing, causal impact analysis, and holistic measurement frameworks./liliTranslate complex statistical concepts into actionable insights, recommendations, and value add for non-technical stakeholders./liliDesign and oversee robust measurement frameworks that span multiple solutions (MMM, MTA, lift tests, attribution, etc.)/liliPartner with internal teams (data science, media, strategy, client success, Analytics Engineering, etc.) to ensure alignment between analytical rigor and marketing objectives./liliWork closely with paid media buyers to support analysis of performance measurement and utilize measurement solutions to define methods for optimizing campaign outcomes./liliRun weekly project management sprint sessions with cross-functional technical teams on dedicated clients as needs emerge or evolve, seeing tasks through to completion efficiently to improve the overall cycle time on task completion./liliDirectly communicate with clients and internal stakeholders on data needs within your portfolio or tasks coming from the support queue./liliPartner with Data Strategy Analytics leadership to design processes to efficiently deliver cohesive Data Strategy Analytics services across technical teams to clients and internal stakeholders./liliIdentify new measurement needs for our clients and work with cross-departmental teams to develop new solutions that can be delivered to clients at scale./liliCoach mid-level Data Strategists by reviewing deliverables to ensure quality assurance checks and best practices are in place./li/ulpYou Must Have/pulli6+ years experience working in digital media and marketing environment/lili6+ years experience working with media data/liliStrong client-facing experience at a digital media or performance marketing agency or similar environment/liliExperience or familiarity with statistical concepts/liliExperience or familiarity with marketing analytics including Media Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Incrementality Testing/liliAbility to collaborate with technical teams to define requirements for building data models and analytics for digital marketing by defining all the relevant KPIs and data sources, finding the best path for piping all relevant data into a database, and defining business rules for output in visualizations and advanced analysis/liliStrong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides/liliExcellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand the technical detail behind data utilization for digital marketing and the ability to explain it simply to non-technical audiences/liliExcellent project management skills, with the ability to work efficiently across multiple teams, clients, and timelines simultaneously/liliExperience with Customer Data Platforms such as Tealium or Segment/liliExperience with Media Strategy Optimization Methods/liliFamiliarity with Data Privacy Regulations Data Usage Guidelines/liliExperience with MarTech Architecture/li/ulpNice To Have/pulli1+ years of people management experience, including guiding and mentoring managers to enable a high-performing team and culture/liliA functional understanding of marketing and advertising technology platforms including advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), analytics (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.), tag management systems (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Segment, etc.) and data aggregation, manipulation, and visualization (BigQuery, Funnel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, etc.)/liliExpertise in creating and implementing data taxonomy governance best practices across multiple ad platforms/liliExperience or familiarity with Mobile Measurement Partners such as AppsFlyer or Kochava, or deploying tracking solutions within an app environment/liliExperience visualizing data to communicate analysis with stakeholders in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or other visualization platforms (Looker)/liliUnderstanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot and their use in end-to-end measurement/liliUnderstanding of Identity Resolution platforms such as Liveramp or Experian/li/ulpWpromote is committed to bringing together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives, providing employees with a safe and welcoming environment free of discrimination and harassment.
