Youll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving adoption of Soleras solutions, and delivering measurable results. This role is focused on account retention, revenue growth, and expanding product usage across assigned territories./ph3What Youll Do/h3pClient Engagement

Account Growth:/pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealership stakeholders (DPs, GMs, etc.)/liliPresent Soleras products and align solutions with client business goals/liliConduct regular performance reviews and drive adoption through strategic consultation/li/ulpSales Execution:/pulliManage a dynamic sales pipeline; identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities/liliMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets/liliLead onboarding, retention, and marketing campaign enrollment for assigned accounts/li/ulpTerritory

Account Management:/pulliDevelop and execute territory sales plans aligned with corporate objectives/liliMaintain accurate records and sales activity in Salesforce.com/liliTravel up to 75% to build client relationships and close deals/li/ulpAnalysis

Strategy:/pulliAnalyze dealership performance and identify opportunities for growth/liliRecommend product or program enhancements to improve results/liliShare industry insights and trends to support client success/li/ulpCollaboration

Communication:/pulliWork cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Support, Engineering, etc.)/liliCapture client feedback and communicate updates or resolutions clearly/liliEnsure all documentation, reports, and communications are timely and accurate/li/ulh3What Youll Bring/h3ulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience/lili5+ years in the automotive dealership industry (DMS knowledge a plus)/liliProven success in B2B sales, account management, or territory sales/liliStrong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills/liliExperience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools/liliAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work independently under pressure/li/ulpIt is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
