Job Title
Key Responsibilities: AI-Driven Content Creation: Utilize advanced AI tools to generate high-quality, thought leadership focused digital content for Qualcomm's executives. Develop and refine AI prompts to align with each executive's unique voice and evolving strategic goals. Automate routine tasks to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. Content Strategy and Personalization: Create tailored content strategies for each executive, aligning with corporate goals and priorities. Build strong relationships with supported executives to understand their personal styles and communication needs. Suggest innovative ideas to enhance executives thought leadership and digital presence. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with counterparts in respective business units, Communications and Product Marketing through dotted-line reporting relationships to ensure cohesive messaging. Collaborate with Corporate Digital Strategists and other team members to align strategies across functions. Act as a liaison between executive communications and corporate departments, including investor relations, HR, and finance. Visual Storytelling: Partner with designers or use AI tools to create engaging visuals, such as infographics, videos, and presentations. Integrate storytelling techniques to simplify complex topics and engage target audiences. Social media video capture and postproduction for key moments, campaigns, and events. Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar aligned with executive priorities, thought leadership angles, corporate campaigns, and key events. Coordinate with broader marketing and communications initiatives to ensure consistency and timeliness. Audience Insights and Analytics: Use analytics tools to gather insights into audience behavior and preferences. Track and report on content performance metrics to refine strategies and optimize impact. Provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement and effectiveness. Innovation and Experimentation: Explore and implement new AI tools and techniques to enhance content creation and strategy. Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate emerging technologies into workflows. Foster creativity and experimentation within the team to drive continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 3+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Masters = one year) of work experience. Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of experience in digital content creation, communications, or marketing, with a focus on executive or corporate messaging. Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Writer, or similar platforms), familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout, native analytics), Android smartphone content creation with a focus on video and photo capture. Creativity: Strong ability to craft engaging and impactful content tailored to different executives, technologies, audiences and platforms. Collaboration: Proven track record of working cross-functionally with marketing, communications, and executive teams.
