The Sales Solutions Specialist will maximize sales through innovative product placement and presentation and responsible for executing store solutions activities and completion of all store sets./ppstrongWork schedule is Monday through Friday - Hourly position starting at $21.00 to $24.00 based on experience./strong/ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliExecute on the design decisions of senior management with a sense of urgency/liliAnalyze product movement and provide valued suggestions to increase sales/liliDevelopment of sales presentations to educate store personnel on mutually beneficial product placement that increases sales revenue and drives customer traffic/liliPresent and sell latest trends/liliConduct store sales surveys when needed prior to any new store, reset or re-merchandising/liliManage and execute on store proposals and drive new item PODs, maximize exposure to customers, and increase sales revenue (land grabbing)/liliSupplement sales strategy in conjunction with sales leaders across the organization/liliResponsible for innovation and implementing plan-o-grams, educational aids, and merchandising techniques to drive customer traffic and sales revenue through visual presentation/liliImpact sales revenue by influencing placement of products/liliResponsible for all aspects of presentation, successful roll-outs of new merchandise including communication and execution with store/liliEffectively communicate with customer merchandising teams, store personnel, merchandising manager and any other KeHE merchandising personnel who are involved with current project, on a timely basis, regarding project planning and status of activities./liliControl of credits by managing overages, shortages, and mis-picks/liliExecute on day-to-day completion of sales and merchandising activities/liliCreate and develop strong store relationships to generate key selling objectives/liliCost management of business expenses/liliVacation and route coverage for Sales teams/liliKnowledge of product/categories, and merchandising techniques./liliFoster a cross-functional environment with clear expectations and transparency/li/ulh3Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude/h3ulliHigh school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred)/liliOutstanding communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills with people at all organizational levels/liliAbility to prioritize workload to have the most significant impact on customer satisfaction./liliProficient in using Excel, Access, Cognos, PowerPoint, and other similar tools/liliPrior experience in food industry and/or code sensitive product environment preferred/liliDemonstrated ability to effectively identify long-term issues, develop and implement strategies to address those issues, and linking shorter-term activities to these strategies/liliDemonstrated proficiency in attention to accuracy and detail/liliDemonstrates the competencies of: financial acumen, ability to collaborate, courage, sense of urgency, and effectively managing complexity/liliAbility and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends/liliAbility and willingness to travel 80% of the time by air and stay overnight to support the requirements of the position/liliFollow established KeHE policies and procedures to accomplish the above accountabilities./liliOther duties and special projects as requested./li/ulh3Physical Requirements/h3pstrongThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
