When you join KeHE, youre becoming part of a team that is a force for good./ppThe Account Manager is accountable to design and execute sales and marketing programs for the Retail account. Key drivers for success in this position involve building and leveraging relationships with suppliers, the KeHE Sales team, and the Retail Companys personnel. Ultimately, the scorecard for success will be measured by the increase of profitable sales as well as deepened relationships within the account. As with all positions at KeHE we expect that all actions will be consistent with KeHEs Mission, Vision and Values./ppDUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/pulliIncrease sales at the account through analytical and fact-based selling/liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with Category Managers and key stakeholders/liliIncrease sales by developing creative promotional plans and managing through to profitable execution/liliIncrease sales by finding new business opportunities and through consistent follow up/liliWork with a sense of urgency towards projects, requests and deadlines/liliCoordinate activities and communications among suppliers and company functional groups/liliMonitor competitor activities and recommend paths forward to address these activities/liliCommunicate with all departments and organizational levels regarding sales and operations/liliAssure that established company policies and procedures are followed in achieving the above accountabilities/liliMust be available to work from the retailers office 23 days each week/li/ulpSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:/pulliComfort and experience utilizing Microsoft Office and legacy enterprise software/liliAbility and willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends/liliAbility and willingness to travel up to 25%/li/ulpEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:/pulliFour-year college degree preferred in Business related major/liliMinimum 5 years experience in sales of grocery products to chain accounts/liliProven record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations/li/ulpKeHE Distributors provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits all forms of discrimination and harassment on the basis of race, color, religion or faith, sex, gender, age, ancestry, national origin, mental or physical disability or medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, military or veteran status, genetic information, or any other category protected under federal, state, or local law.
